Guy said the inspection & oil change would take 25 minutes, TOPS.
Well, this old woman pulls in, after he puts my car in the bay. he stops working on my car to fix her problem. Apparently, she wasn't supposed to wait her turn.
He said "No, I said to BACK OUT." By this time, I was pretty livid. This guy is a complete moron. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER set foot in his establishment AGAIN!!!
All of the sudden, there is this loud scraping sound! He runs over and tells me I was supposed to BACK OUT. I had dragged his oil pan under the car. I told him he said to "Pull straight out."
Well, an HOUR or so after he finally finishes with my car (He didn't have the filter OR the oil-Luckily I did have both in the car) he then tells me to "Pull straight out." Which I did.
